We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) whose focus is booking high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers at universities.
A role that is about creating conversations that matter.
What You’ll Do
- Own outbound outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Book qualified meetings with: Directors of Housing, Deans of Students
- Research institutions and tailor outreach to their specific context
- Follow up persistently and professionally in long decision cycles
- Collaborate closely with founders and sales leadership to refine messaging
- Keep CRM and pipeline data clean and structured
Your output is simple and measurable: qualified meetings with the right people at the right institutions.
What Success Looks Like
- A consistently full calendar with high-quality, relevant meetings
- Strong conversion from outreach → meeting
- Meetings that progress into real pipeline
- Clear learnings fed back to improve targeting and messaging
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or SDR roles
- Proven ability to book meetings through cold outreach
- Comfortable reaching out to senior stakeholders
- Structured, disciplined, and process-oriented
- Resilient: silence, slow responses, and long follow-ups don’t discourage you
- Self-directed and accountable for your numbers
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience selling into higher education, public sector, or complex organizations
- Experience selling solutions with long sales cycles
This Role Is Not for You If You…
- Want to run demos or close deals
- Prefer inbound-only sales
- Get discouraged by rejection or slow responses
- Need a highly scripted, high-volume SDR environment
Practical Details
- Location: Remote, US-based, preferably CA / TX / OH
- Compensation: Base + commission tied to meetings booked
